Dry thick wood veneer

Double-sided gluing (suitable for thick hard wood veneer arc-shaped pasting, using Fushen manual wood veneer gluing GW-6565) :

First, pre-apply a certain amount of wood veneer through a machine, then apply glue on the base material. When the base material is semi-dry, cover the wood veneer, smooth it out, and heat it firmly with an electric iron.

Moist thick wood veneer

(Suitable for wood veneers with relatively thick tubes such as Red oak mountain grain, using Fushen manual wood veneer Adhesive GW-6566A)

Wet the wood veneer with water and let it stand for about 20 minutes until it is half dry. Then, apply glue with a machine, cover it on the base material and smooth it out. Finally, iron the edges with an electric iron.

Dry thin wood veneer

1. Single-sided gluing (suitable for most smooth thin wood veneers, use Fushen manual wood veneer gluing GW-6566A) : After gluing the wood veneer with a machine, cover it on the base material and smooth it out, then iron the edges firmly. 2. Double-sided gluing (suitable for wood veneers that cannot be processed by heating, use Fushen manual wood veneer gluing GW-6566A) : First, apply the glue on the base material with a short-bristled roller, then apply the wood veneer by machine. When the glue on both sides is half dry, cover the wood veneer, flatten and press it firmly.

Moist thin wood veneer

(Suitable for most wet thin wood veneers, using Fushen Manual wood veneer Adhesive GW-6566A)

After gluing the wood veneer through a machine, cover it on the base material, smooth it out by hand, and firmly iron the edges with an electric iron.

Non-woven fabric wood veneer

Single-sided gluing (using Fushen manual wood veneer Adhesive GW-6561)

After gluing with the wood veneer machine, cover it on the base material and smooth it out.
