Recently, Fushen received an urgent call from a customer, who said they had encountered a technical problem and were assembling a wooden handicraft at a 45° Angle.

I. Difficulties in 45-degree Angle Assembly

The most feared aspect of 45-degree Angle assembly is that after assembly, the glue lacks sufficient toughness. Even a slight drop or bump can easily cause cracking. Materials such as wood and plastic may deform during processing or storage.

Secondly, at the 45-degree connection points, due to the change in Angle, the distribution of force will be uneven, and stress concentration is likely to occur. If the strength of the material is insufficient or no appropriate reinforcing measures are taken, cracks or even fractures may occur at the connection points under long-term stress, reducing the stability and service life of the entire structure.

Ii. Recommendations for 45-degree Angle Assembly glue
