Especially for furniture with veneer made of materials such as red oak veneer, white oak veneer, and cherry wood veneer, blue patches are prone to appear on the surface. I. The core reasons for the blue color change of wood veneer

The blue change of wood veneer is caused by a clear chemical reaction: red oak, white oak, cherry wood veneer and other materials are rich in tannic acid. Under the conditions of high temperature (accelerating the reaction) and humidity (providing a reaction environment) during the rainy season, tannic acid will react with metal elements in the air, eventually forming visible blue stains, which is called "blue change of wood veneer".
