Leather bonded with solid wood
Customer requirement: Wrap solid wood furniture with leather, which should be convenient and environmentally friendly!
Customer pain point: The customer manually pastes leather with all-purpose glue. Although the initial adhesion is relatively good, the drying time is long, and it needs to be left for about 30 minutes before pasting. After pasting, the surface is uneven, with low final strength, prone to powdering and easy to delaminate. The most crucial thing is that it has a strong smell and is toxic!
Fushen Solution: Select GW-6529, apply it evenly to the substrate, cover the leather, and then smooth it out directly by hand. It can also be cold-pressed or hot-pressed by machine, which is more efficient.
2. Foam is pasted on the figure-shaped fabric
Customer requirement: The inside of the doll is foam and the outside is fabric. We need an environmentally friendly and high-strength adhesive to stick it.
Customer pain point: Unable to find a high-strength and environmentally friendly adhesive. The all-purpose glue used before was mainly not environmentally friendly, and the ordinary white latex glue did not stick firmly.

Customer pain points: The groove is too narrow to be heated and ironed, and the stress in the depression is large. Ordinary wood veneer glue (white latex glue) does not stick firmly, and all-purpose glue is not environmentally friendly.

Customer pain point: There is too much moisture in the white latex glue, which does not adhere firmly or cannot relieve pressure even after 4 to 8 hours. Using panel glue requires mixing the glue, which is inconvenient to operate and may cause cracking
